The Bolt Action Alliance are proud to present their premier Sydney event: MOAB (Mother of all battles) 2016. 

This will take place on 1st – 3rd October 2016, at the Sylvania Heights community and youth club, Box Rd Sylvania. http://www.sutherlandshiregamers.org/MOAB-Events/bolt-action/

This is a full convention which will feature traders, free participation games and of course events like this. Food and Refreshments are available at the venue.

The aim for 2016’s Bolt Action event is for all players to finish the weekend with a smile on their face, and a whole bunch of new war stories. Based on the positive feedback of last year’s event you can expect amazing tables full of terrain with missions to match them. New for this year will be the option to take Tank platoons or use a theatre selector as well as the standard generic reinforced platoon. All army lists will need to provide a historical year and theatre that the army is based on. Nothing is banned, however all lists will also be checked by the event organisers to ensure they are not going to ruin anybody’s day.

SAT 1ST – SUN 2ND: • 5 Games (3 on Sat, 2 on Sun) • 1250pt lists, generic reinforced platoons, theatre selectors and tank platoons are all allowed.

‘SPOOKY’ MONDAY 3RD: • 2 Games • Konflikt ’47 rules. 1250pt lists. You can use a normal Bolt Action army and mix it up with those using the new units in the K47 rule book, no problem!
